Man vs Wild: A Life-Saving Enema (Video)
MARK THIS post as “edutainment”, because adventurer Bear Grylls of the TV show Man vs. Wild is about to delight and educate you with his depiction of how you can save your life, just in case you’re ever on a tiny rope-tied raft bobbing in the ocean without water to drink.
And are very, very thirsty.
Oh, there is water to drink but it happens to be bird-poop infested and rancid. Wouldn’t be prudent to drink that, but — get this — you can hydrate yourself using this fetid water via an enema!. Yes, you can bypass the gag reflex by hydrating your colon with an enema rather than drinking the water.
I won’t go so far as to say I’m a fan of enemas, but they can be helpful even if you’re not stranded on a raft bobbing about the ocean. Enemas are, indeed, standard fare in many cleansing programs.
But if you’d rather just stick to cleansing supplements and detox baths, check out my post entitled Detoxifying Your Way to Nirvana and leave the enemas to the highly-paid (slightly crazy) reality TV stars.
