Remember Your Memory

Video:  How to Improve Your Memory

“Brain Fog” happens to the best of us.  Those moments when we enter a room and forget why.  Approach the car but forgot to bring along the keys, or where they were last placed.  These are not necessarily symptoms of any cognitive malfunction or senility; nor should occasional memory lapses cause you to search for pharmaceutical or supplement solutions.

But if you’re getting concerned about how much fogging is going on in your life, you may consider taking nutritional supplements designed to feed the brain’s neurotransmitters, herbs that replenish vital brain nutrients, and compounds for overall cellular support to help keep your brain’s synapses firing properly.

I take Ginko Biloba from time to time just for the hell of it, as I have yet to be concerned about brain fog per se.  There are, however, many other supplements that might be useful, these being the two about which I’m most familiar:

Ginkgo Biloba 120mg (120mg, 60 small capsules)Ginkgo Biloba Over the last 30 years, more that 300 clinical studies show that Ginko Biloba can improve mental alertness, elevate mood and restore energy. Ginkgo is gaining recognition as a brain supplement that enhances memory because of its positive effects on the vascular system, especially in the cerebellum.

Think Clear (60 medium veggie capsules)Think Clear This one I haven’t tried but it’s garnered strong testimonials about its effectiveness.  Think Clear utilizes four top-rated nutrients for brain and memory health to effectively support cognitive function: Ginkgo biloba, Huperzine A, DHA, and Vinpocetine. This complex formula enhances circulation and oxygen flow to the brain to promote optimal cell health, as well as supporting information transmission from cell to cell.
