Energy/Vitality/Jet Lag… Watch the Video
THERE’S A long list of supplements that may improve your energy in one way or another. In fact, just about every supplement under the Sun makes this claim to some extent. Makes some sense, because if whatever ails you is healed, you do get more energy. Nonetheless, some products are made specifically to battle fatigue.
One supplement with an excellent reputation that I have not tried is NADH, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all living cells. Click the NADH link above and scroll down the page to the last sentence and read the Q&A with NADH Expert Professor Jorg Birkmayer. You can then make an informed choice, perhaps with your health practitioner, if NADH would be worthwhile to try.
Vitamin B12, known as the “energy vitamin,” is essential for many critical functions in your body, including energy production, supporting immune system function, and helping to regulate the formation of red blood cells. Some people are deficient in this vitamin, particularly the elderly who begin to lose their ability to absorb it, and vegetarians, as Vitamin B12 is present only in animal food sources. I have no personal experience with B12, but know that Neuro B12 is highly rated by users.

If you’re looking for sustenance to get you through energy-zapping exercise, you may want to ingest an easily absorbed food bar or an energy gel. Food Bars are, indeed, something I consistently partake in. My favorite Food Bars are made mostly of organic and raw foods:
Or, you can just eat a banana!
Organic Food Bar The beauty of the “right” food bar is to have a convenient, ready-to-eat substitute for a meal when you don’t have the time or means to prepare a nutritious meal. Organic makes Food Bars that are tasty, organic, alkaline-forming and very nutritious. They contain no preservatives, additives, coatings, soy, peanuts or dairy.
Macro Greens Bars Chocked full of the so called “super foods”, the great taste of Macro Greens Bars is derived from fresh, raw, certified organic, vegan, whole food ingredients that promote health and wellness, and do not contain preservatives, or artificial flavors/ingredients.

Just as with the descriptive statements made at the various company sites that manufacture and/or sell the supplement products presented in this blog, none, or nearly none, of the potential benefits stated here have been evaluated by the FDA. Likewise none, or nearly none, of the products here can be represented to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Before engaging a supplement program, it always makes sense to get the advice of your health practitioner.
