ANOTHER YEAR is ending, and perhaps like you, I’m looking in the rear-view mirror trying to get a handle on what transpired these last 12 months.
Unless you’re a subscriber, you and I only interact on this site — I write, you read, and (hopefully) something good happens as you begin to tweak your diet, exercise or try out a detox cleanse.
Given that our common denominator is this website, I’d like to share with you the “Top 10” most popular articles of 2014, as measured by readership.
These ten cover how to boost your testosterone and human growth hormone, do a juice cleanse, and more.
Ten out of 453, so I guess you could say they’re special. They’ve also been read by more than 100,000 people, so I reckon there’s some good things in them for you.
Scroll down and see if anything catches your fancy.
May you have a great New Year and fantastic 2015, which by the way, I’ll be sharing with you on these very pages!
