Blood Tests That Reveal Your Health Score

Upon a piece of paper torn out of a spiral notepad are drawn tow dinosaurs, one saying to the other "My doctor says I need to take a blood test", and continues: "I'm pretty sure I have blood so I must have passed the test."

A Good Look Inside

IT’S NO surprise to anyone who has ever been to a doctor that blood tests provide health practitioners with a clear understanding of our health status.

What might be surprising is the amount of information that comprehensive blood tests can offer, because most of us have only had the basic blood screening tests.

The most comprehensive set of blood tests that I’ve come across are offered via the Life Extension Foundation (“LEF”), which has relationships with various blood taking outlets throughout the U.S.

Comprehensive blood test “panels” for males and females are is used to evaluate health status. Go learn about LEF’s Laboratory and Blood Testing Services, which include this list of blood test categories:

Vial of blood for testing.

  • Cancer Tests
  • Heart Health
  • Hormone Testing
  • Men’s Health Concerns
  • Women’s Health Concerns
  • Nutrient Testing
  • Bone Health
  • Kidney and Metabolic
  • Infections & Immune Disorders
  • Allergies
  • Urinary Tests
  • Health and Wellness Panels

I’ve had ample experience with some of these tests.  You may read about the tests I took and the results here:

You may also consider getting a Hair Test done to see if you’re deficient in any health-sustaining minerals, which I examine here.

Yep.
