TIME FLIES when you’re having fun.
I’ve been traveling to WA state and Santa Barbara, CA, absorbed by physical work on the family homestead (WA) and with friends both there and in Santa Barbara where I’m posting this five-part “Homestead Workout”, my first post in nearly two weeks, and also my first video of myself demonstrating some exercises.
Yeah, it’s a bit goofy, but — alas — it fits the persona of the video’s central character. Hope it’s worth watching and inspired you to be creative with your workouts, because all the “equipment” you need to exercise every major muscle in your body is available on your property.
