If you run and want to keep at it, eventually you need to know your foot type. Do you pronate, supinate, or do something in between? If your running shoe isn’t built for your foot type, running will become more difficult and you’ll potentially develop pain in the feet, ankles, knees and hips.

The Food Plate is in, and the Food Pyramid is history. The healthy diet is simpler now, better and comes with a host of tools to dive into your particulars in order to suggest a diet that will work for you. But there are a few issues I have with the tools. If you’re muscular, you won’t get the correct advice. And what’s with the milk!?
